QueueTogether Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-31. By using QueueTogether you accept these Terms. Read them together with the Privacy Policy. The Italian version prevails in case of conflict.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by Francesco Guiducci, ditta individuale IFG Digital – IFG eCommerce, Via Pullino, Roma (RM), Italia – REA RM-1682220, VAT 16879681001 ("we"). Contact: info@ifgecommerce.com.
2. The service
QueueTogether is an iPhone app that lets private, invite-only groups share resources and manage turns in a queue: an admin creates the group, invites members and sets resources, rules and opening hours; members join the queue, receive an offer when a resource is free, then start and end their use. Notifications are a convenience and may arrive late or not at all: the current state is always the one shown in the app.
3. Requirements and account
- You must be at least 16 years old. You confirm this when you start.
- You sign in with Apple, with Google or with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for the use of your account and device and must tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
- An account is personal: do not create accounts to impersonate other people.
4. Content rules: zero tolerance
Display names, names of groups, queues and resources, and notes are visible to other members. No objectionable or inappropriate content is tolerated. In particular you must not enter, or use the service for:
- insults, hateful or discriminatory content (based on origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or anything else), threats, harassment or bullying;
- sexual, violent, self-harm-inciting or illegal content;
- spam, advertising, links or requests to be contacted elsewhere;
- impersonating other people, organisations or our staff;
- other people's personal data without their consent;
- attempts to bypass the service's limits, security or checks, or to disrupt it.
The service automatically rejects names containing known slurs, links or invalid characters. This check is not perfect and does not replace the rules above.
5. Reporting, blocking and removal
- Report: any member can report another member's name or behaviour from the app, choosing a reason and adding an optional note. The report reaches the group's admins and us.
- Block: you can block a member; from then on their name is no longer shown to you.
- Admins: can remove from the group anyone who breaks these rules or the group's rules.
- We: review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks the rules we remove it and may suspend or close the responsible account, without notice in serious cases. You can contest a decision by writing to info@ifgecommerce.com.
6. Groups and roles
A group's owner is responsible for the rules they set and the members they invite. Admins see members' names, the queue state and the group's reports. The owner can transfer ownership to another member or close the group; closing a group deletes its data.
7. Free version and Pro
- The free version includes the limits shown in the app (number of groups, queues, resources and members).
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ("QueueTogether Pro", monthly or yearly, no free trial) taken out through Apple's App Store that raises those limits for the groups you own. The length and price of each plan are the ones shown in the app and in the App Store at purchase time.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically, at the same price, at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or from the app with "Manage subscription"; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). When the subscription expires, or Apple refunds or revokes it, Pro is switched off and your plan goes back to Free: your data is not deleted, but the Free limits apply (for example you cannot create more spaces than the limit). Expiry, refund or revocation are detected when the app verifies the subscription with our service, normally at every app launch.
- Pro is linked to the account that made the purchase. You can restore it in the app with "Restore purchases".
- Invited members never need to buy anything to take part.
- If you are a consumer, buying digital content supplied immediately may mean losing the right of withdrawal, as Apple states at purchase time; your statutory warranty rights are not affected.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it is always uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, announcing relevant changes in the app. If we permanently discontinue the service we will give you at least 30 days' notice so that you can export your data.
9. Limitation of liability
QueueTogether is an organisation tool: it does not control physical resources and is not responsible for how groups use them. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage or damage caused by late or missing notifications, service interruptions, content entered by other users or decisions of group admins. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), for personal injury, or the mandatory rights of consumers under the Italian Consumer Code.
10. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms. Closure does not entitle you to a refund from us; refunds of purchases remain governed by Apple.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the app and, where needed, we will ask you to accept them again. If you do not accept them you can delete your account.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence or domicile in Italy have jurisdiction, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your EU country of residence. In all other cases the courts of the provider's registered office have jurisdiction.
13. Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the service or its support. For the app itself, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
